How on-demand ordering will work
A simpler way to source a watch.
We do not present unconfirmed inventory as available. Every request is reviewed before a customer is asked to complete a purchase.
Confirm
We confirm current sourcing, availability, condition details, expected timing and final pricing.
Order
Only after the details are confirmed will the watch be made available for purchase and fulfillment.

Product selection coming soon.
Our initial assortment is still being finalized. For supplier review, we intentionally do not display placeholder watches, made-up prices, false availability, or unsupported brand relationships.

Sourcing & authenticity

BrownGlobal Watches intends to source watches through established third-party suppliers and distribution partners. We do not claim to be an authorized dealer for any watch manufacturer unless that authorization is expressly granted to BrownGlobal Watches.
Brand names and trademarks, when eventually shown in the catalog, will be used only to identify the products offered. Product-specific authenticity, condition, warranty and fulfillment information will be stated at the point of sale.
Watches sourced on demand will not be labeled “in stock” unless availability has actually been confirmed. Availability may change between an initial request and final order confirmation.

Shipping
Shipping methods, costs and expected handling times will be shown or confirmed before an order is completed. On-demand items may require additional sourcing and handling time.
Returns
Return eligibility may vary by product condition and supplier terms. The applicable return window and any exclusions will be disclosed before purchase.
Payments
Customers will not be asked to pay for an unconfirmed request. Payment will be collected only through an approved checkout after product and order details are confirmed.
Privacy
Information submitted to request a watch will be used to respond to the request and operate the customer relationship. BrownGlobal Watches does not intend to sell customer personal information.
